Your Responsibilities

• Support in coordinating our internal talents.
• Support in searching for new cooperation partners.
• Learn how to handle inquiries and submit offers during the collaboration.
• Learn everything about price negotiations and market prices, gain initial opportunities to demonstrate your negotiation skills (in consultation), and handle initial price negotiations with providers and service providers (cooperation partners).
• Learn everything about contract structures in this industry and their pitfalls, and begin to review initial contracts.
• Support Artist Managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help realize them.
• Act as an interface between talents and our partners, plan their deployment, and ensure their well-being.
• Identify and acquire potential new cooperation partners and future formats and shows.
• In the first year, you will take on a supporting role and will be gradually introduced to responsibilities based on your development.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum internship, working student position, and/or vocational training in Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing, e.g., in a digital, social media, or PR agency.
• Interest and feel for the latest digital & consumer trends.
• Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, prior experience in the implementation and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High creativity and motivation.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
