Your Responsibilities:

• You will be the primary point of contact for our internal talents.
• Support in finding new cooperation partners, creating offers, and processing inquiries.
• Demonstrate your negotiation skills for contracts and price negotiations with providers and service providers (cooperation partners).
• Develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and support them in their realization.
• Act as an interface between talents and our partners, planning their activities and ensuring their well-being.
• Identify and acquire potential new talents for existing and future formats and shows.
• Together, we help them work future-oriented and create new opportunities beyond their artist career.

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing (e.g., in a digital, social media, or PR agency).
• Interest and intuition for the latest digital and consumer trends.
• Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, prior experience in implementing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High creativity and motivation.
• Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
