Responsibilities

  • Prospect and research target accounts and contacts; assist in refining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Execute daily multi-channel outbound outreach, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
  • Manage and execute AiSDR campaigns (setup targets, messaging variants, launches, monitoring, and iteration).
  • Lead creative outreach experiments (A/B testing subject lines, openers, CTAs, sequences, personas); document results and recommend future tests.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound responses, schedule meetings, and provide context-rich handoffs to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, outcomes, and notes in HubSpot; ensure data cleanliness and organization.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve messaging, objection handling, and outbound templates.

What You Bring

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write concise, personalized outreach.
  • Comfort with cold calling and resilience in the face of rejection.
  • High sense of ownership, reliability, and follow-through; ability to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; disciplined in tracking work and results.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot (or other CRM), sequencing tools, and list-building/research workflows.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity with the latest AI technologies (e.g., Claude, AiSDR, Notion AI).
  • Interest in clean energy, commercial real estate, or B2B sales.
