Tasks

We are seeking a hands-on Data Scientist passionate about applying machine learning to solve real-world financial crime problems. You will enjoy working with complex transactional data, take ownership of models from ideation to production, and focus on building solutions that are accurate, robust, explainable, and scalable. Collaboration with engineers and product teams in a fast-growing scale-up environment is key.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ML models for fraud detection.
• Work on automated rule discovery and optimization for fraud detection.
• Analyze transactional and behavioral data to identify suspicious patterns.
• Own feature engineering, model training, validation, and monitoring processes.
• Transition models from prototype to production.
• Clearly communicate findings to both technical and business stakeholders.
