immocloud is digitizing property management, serving over 18,000 customers with strong growth. We are bringing our performance marketing function in-house to further build and optimize our strategy, seeking a central point of contact for all paid activities.

Responsibilities

As a (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for all paid activities and actively expand our performance marketing efforts.

  • Develop and operationally manage a cross-channel performance marketing strategy (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Paid Social).
  • Integrate organic channels and affiliates into the overall strategy.
  • Apply proven frameworks and strategically test new Alpha and Beta features across channels.
  • Conduct target group research and define segments (e.g., private landlords vs. property managers).
  • Analyze and optimize landing pages in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Optimize budget allocation with the clear goal of achieving company objectives.
  • Establish an A/B testing framework and embed testing as a core part of the workflow.
  • Identify and develop new channels and growth levers.
  • Measure the success of all performance marketing activities, manage existing reporting, and enhance it.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting for significant insights.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in performance marketing with demonstrable success, ideally in a SaaS/B2B environment or agency setting.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in relevant channels: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Paid Social, ideally complemented by affiliate marketing experience.
  • Proficiency with tracking and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Google Tag Manager, (Server-Side) Conversion Tracking, Attribution) and a data-driven work style.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization of landing pages.
  • Ability to independently manage campaigns and budgets with a focus on CAC, ROAS, and growth targets, including proactive optimization suggestions.
  • Strategic thinking combined with operational execution strength.
  • Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English language skills.
