Responsibilities

As a Founder's Associate, you will work directly with the management team:

Take on operational and strategic projects, ranging from e-commerce optimization and brand launches to internal AI tool development.
Question and improve underlying data, processes, and tools.
Independently develop, present, and implement solutions.
Learn directly from an ex-McKinsey EM with significant sparring and autonomy.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree (Intern or Working Student), available 20-40 hours/week for 3-12 months.
Top academic profile with a hands-on approach and genuine entrepreneurial spirit.
Strong affinity for AI and a desire to rethink processes.
Passion for consumer brands.
