THE ROLE: Chat & Community Support Specialist
When users have questions—about offers, the platform, or anything in between—you'll be there to help. As our Chat & Community Support Specialist, you will manage live chat support, respond to community posts, and ensure every user feels heard and supported. No degree is required; we're looking for fast typists, clear communicators, and individuals with a genuine passion for helping people.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle live chat inquiries on the NoGigiddy platform, responding within Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
- Monitor and respond to user posts across community spaces, including Discord, Facebook Groups, and social media comments.
- Resolve common user issues (e.g., offer inquiries, account problems, navigation assistance) with accuracy and empathy.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team, providing comprehensive documentation.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the help center knowledge base.
- Identify and report trends in user issues or feedback to the product and content teams.
- Maintain a consistent and high-quality tone across all support interactions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- No degree required.
- Fast and accurate typing skills – essential for live chat responsiveness.
- Excellent written communication skills – clear, concise, and empathetic.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality.
- Patience and de-escalation skills when dealing with frustrated users.
- Familiarity with support or chat tools (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, Crisp) is a plus.
