Your Responsibilities

• Conversion-Focused Copywriting: Craft compelling copy across all formats including landing pages, advertorials, listicles, meta ads, and VSLs, understanding what works on each channel (Meta, Google, Native) and why.
• Funnel Ownership: Think beyond individual texts to entire customer journeys, from initial impression to purchase, shaping the user experience.
• Audience Instinct: Connect with people, not just personas, by understanding and articulating what truly moves an audience.
• Testing & Optimization: Implement A/B tests as a core practice, analyzing CVR, CAC, AOV, and ROAS to drive continuous improvement.
• Independent Impact: Proactively generate ideas, execute them, and measure outcomes without waiting for direct briefs.

Your Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Direct Response Copywriting within DTC, e-commerce, or performance marketing.
• Proven Results: Ability to provide concrete numbers and campaigns you've led with measurable conversion success. No portfolio without proof.
• Deep Sales Psychology Understanding: Go beyond basic frameworks like AIDA, leveraging principles of scarcity, urgency, and social proof effectively.
• AI-Native Workflow: Proficiently use AI tools for ideation, scaling, and research, while retaining the critical human touch for brilliance.
• Doer Mentality: A strong drive to complete tasks, deliver results, and drive initiatives forward.
• Fluent German language skills.
