About the Agency

We are an e-commerce agency based in Berlin, specializing in the development and marketing of online shops for our clients. We are expanding our team to support our e-commerce clients, with an initial focus on SEO/GEO and the potential to encompass other digital marketing disciplines.

Your Tasks

• Take ownership of building and implementing SEO/GEO (AI Search) projects within the e-commerce sector.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, identifying opportunities for expanding collaboration.
• Develop online marketing strategies and conduct SEO/GEO (AI Search) audits.
• Learn complementary fields such as SEA, Email Marketing, and Paid Social to broaden your skill set.
• Utilize and integrate the latest AI tools (e.g., Claude, n8n) into your daily workflow for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
• Moderate and plan tasks for individual specialists (copywriters, developers, assistants).
• Conduct workshops and presentations for clients.
• Create regular reports and derive data-driven recommendations for further growth.

Your Qualifications

• Completed university degree, preferably in Marketing.
• Confident demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Independent and proactive work style.
• Efficient work approach with the ability to quickly understand and structure complex issues.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Online Marketing.
• Openness and curiosity towards AI tools (e.g., Claude, n8n), with ideally some prior productive use experience.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Enjoyment of teamwork.
• Motivation and eagerness to learn.
• Native-level German language skills.
