Your Role

You are the person who takes the baton from sales – and then ensures that a signed contract becomes a successful customer. This means: You will accompany projects from process analysis through implementation to go-live. You will conduct training, be proactive with your customers, and carry real responsibility – including for your own revenue. This is not a classic Customer Success role. It is a combination of project management, consulting, and training – a little different every day, always close to the customer.

Your Responsibilities

• You take over new customers after contract signing from sales (via weclapp) and start with a project kick-off meeting: What was sold, what does the customer expect, what happens next?
• You analyze existing processes at the customer's site (accounting, contract management, mailroom, etc.), document them, and implement them in Amagno – independently or with support.
• You coordinate projects: schedules, interfaces with partners (e.g., DATEV, Lexware), and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• You conduct Amagno Basic & Advanced training remotely – structured, with a training environment, rotating within the team.
• You actively support your customers: approx. 10 per person, proactive health checks, AI feature workshops (Automate & Autopilot), occasional up- and cross-sell impulses.
• You issue your own invoices after services rendered and keep an eye on your monthly revenue.

Your Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in the ECM/DMS environment. You know the typical requirements, workflows, and challenges of these systems from practice.
• You take action before you analyze. Mistakes are okay – as long as you learn from them and keep going.
• Empathy and customer proximity: You work with managing directors, IT managers, and administrative staff – sometimes all three in one project.
• You work independently and take responsibility for your projects.
• Entrepreneurial thinking: You understand that your hours are directly linked to the company's success – and you want to help shape that.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in training or workshop moderation.
• Knowledge of project management tools (Miro, Google Docs, weclapp).
• DATEV or Lexware interface knowledge.
• KPI experience (Billable Hours, Churn, CSAT, etc.).
