About the Team

The CRM team at Acerto is responsible for creating and executing consumer contact strategies that maximize conversion and engagement across channels like email, WhatsApp, and SMS. They operate in a collaborative, data-driven environment focused on personalization, automation, and continuous optimization of customer journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Design and evolution of omnichannel journeys: Plan, implement, and optimize automated CRM journeys considering consumer behavior, profile, and stage to ensure relevant communications and increased conversion propensity.
  • Strategic management of campaigns and automations: Lead the end-to-end campaign cycle, from briefing to measurement, focusing on operational efficiency, execution consistency, and business impact.
  • Performance analysis and hypothesis modeling: Conduct in-depth analysis of results and consumer behavior to generate actionable insights and propose new approaches for content, cadence, and channels.
  • Collaborative work with Content and Design: Partner closely with these teams to translate data and insights into more effective communications, aligning tone of voice, format, and journey with CRM strategies.
  • Continuous process improvement: Identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities in CRM flows, proposing scalable solutions to increase efficiency and reduce rework.
  • Innovation in digital channels and practices: Explore new technologies, channels, and digital marketing methodologies to enhance personalization and consumer engagement.
  • Technical Mentorship: Support full and junior analysts by sharing best practices, quality standards, and learnings on journeys, automation, and performance.

Experience

  • Intermediate experience in CRM, with involvement in multi-channel campaigns and journeys (email, WhatsApp, SMS, push).
  • Experience in data-driven environments, monitoring engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Participation in automation, personalization, or communication optimization initiatives.

Technical Skills

  • Practical experience with CRM and/or CDP platforms.
  • Familiarity with BI or data analysis tools.
  • Good analytical ability for interpreting results and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Understanding of digital channel performance metrics.
  • Experience with A/B testing.

Differentiators

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud.
  • Basic knowledge of agile methodologies.
