Senior Product Manager - OptiMantra

The Company

Cerbo · OptiMantra is a healthcare technology company dedicated to serving practices that are actively changing how medicine is delivered. Our platforms, Cerbo and OptiMantra, are purpose-built EHR and practice management solutions designed for flexibility, depth, and scale. We empower practitioners in functional, integrative, direct primary care, med spa, and behavioral health to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Product Manager supporting OptiMantra, you will own a major product area from roadmap to delivery, engaging directly with users weekly. You will be instrumental in fixing the current limitations of healthcare software by developing AI-first features, with a focus on improving clinic operations and patient care. This is a role with significant autonomy in a small, fast-paced team tackling big problems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own a product area end-to-end: roadmap, discovery, delivery, and iteration.
  • Ship AI-first features, building upon existing AI Scribe functionality and developing clinical decision support and intelligent workflows.
  • Define and own the User Experience (UX) vision for your product area, ensuring clarity and a guided experience.
  • Engage constantly with users through discovery calls, usability sessions, and clinic visits.
  • Prioritize strategically, deciding which opportunities to pursue, defer, or discard.
  • Coordinate cross-platform features that span both OptiMantra and Cerbo.
  • Mentor junior Product Managers and collaborate with PMs across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years in product management, with at least 2 years at a senior level.
  • EHR/EMR or healthcare software experience is strongly encouraged, demonstrating an understanding of clinical workflows.
  • Strong UX and UI sensibility, with the ability to critically evaluate designs and advocate for the end-user.
  • Outcome-driven mindset, measuring success by impact (retention, activation, clinical efficiency) rather than features shipped.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities, connecting product decisions to business outcomes and knowing when to say no.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and speed in a small team environment with limited process.
  • Technically fluent, able to engage effectively with engineering on architecture, APIs, and trade-offs.
  • Clear and sharp writing skills, essential for an async-first remote team.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with multimodality clinical environments (integrative, IV, MedSpa, behavioral health).
  • Hands-on experience building AI/ML product features.
  • Familiarity with practice management workflows (scheduling, billing, insurance, intake, memberships).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation based on experience.
  • Paid Time Off and company holidays.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Short-term and long-term disability insurance.
  • 401k plan with matching company contribution.
  • Real ownership and impact in a fast-growing health tech company.
