Your Profile and Background

Education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on Customer Service and Field Service modules.
Experience in creating custom plugins and custom workflows for CRM.
Power Apps platform and Dynamics 365 Mobile know-how is a plus.
Strong willingness to understand business processes.
