We are a remote-first, international team seeking a Procurement Specialist with 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, ideally within technology categories (SaaS, software licensing, IT services).

🚀 About the Role:

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Procurement Lead. You will implement defined procurement plans, manage supplier engagements, and ensure cost-effective and compliant purchasing processes. The position focuses on execution rather than strategy or people management.

💡 Profile & Experience:

• Experience: 2-5 years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, preferably in tech categories.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills; clear communication with technical and business stakeholders; commercial mindset; decisiveness; adaptability.
• Comfortable with: Competitive sourcing, contract structures, subscription models, cost analysis, dynamic environments, digital procurement systems, and leveraging AI tools.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Lifecycle Execution: Manage RFP, RFI, RFQ processes for software, SaaS, and tech services; coordinate vendor evaluations; ensure policy compliance.
• Commercial & Contract Management: Conduct negotiations, support contract drafting/renewals, maintain contract repository, monitor license/subscription usage, perform spend analysis (TCO).
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Security, Operations; align stakeholders; coordinate timelines; ensure budget and compliance.
• Supplier & Process Improvement: Support supplier performance follow-ups, consolidate expenditure data, identify cost optimization, contribute to process improvements, leverage digital tools and AI.
