Job Description:

As part of an internal Bosch initiative, you will contribute to the transition from legacy communication technologies to modern 4G solutions across critical systems. You will support the upgrade and replacement of transmission units linked to hazard warning systems, ensuring a smooth, secure, and compliant transition for customers. You will join a dynamic and international team, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions and service requests.
  • Support commercial and sales-related activities.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed.
  • Coordinate and support technical interventions in buildings.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Technical Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or telecom-related roles.
  • Basic understanding of telecommunications networks.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM tools.
  • Experience with SAP is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and installation guidelines.
  • Comfortable working with monitoring tools and reporting systems.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
