About the IP-Core Department

The IP-Core department delivers the "IP data highway" for the best customer experience in the best network! We develop, validate, plan, and operate the infrastructure and associated management systems of Deutsche Telekom Technik's global IP network, ensuring reliable and secure IP data transport for our customers. We operate our state-of-the-art, future-oriented network with the highest quality, performance, and security, utilizing innovative technologies and efficient, agile working methods. Work is conducted in several virtual teams within the group – primarily with German, but also with international colleagues.

We are looking for two Project Managers for the following tasks. The position is initially limited to two years.

Your Tasks

Do you enjoy working in a highly motivated and ambitious team towards common goals? Do you have fun taking the automation of one of the most modern and largest IP networks in Europe to the next level and being at the forefront? Then we have the right task for you. As a Project Manager T-IPC, you will undertake the following tasks, among others:

• Analysis, optimization, and automation of existing business processes
• Recording and modeling of IT and process structures using BPMN 2.0 and Camunda
• Close collaboration with business units, IT teams, and management to develop efficient automation solutions
• Identification and evaluation of interfaces as well as potential integration and automation challenges
• Support in the introduction of new automation mechanisms and promotion of acceptance within the organization
• Consulting and support for teams in the implementation of modern automation and workflow solutions
• Analysis of existing IT systems, workflows, and technical interfaces
• Participation in agile projects using Scrum and Kanban methodologies
• Communication of technical solutions at management and stakeholder level
• Collaboration with international teams and support for cross-departmental projects

Qualifications

• Team spirit and a appreciative and effective communication style
• Ability to inspire and sustainably motivate teams for automation solutions
• Experience with agile working methods such as Scrum and Kanban
• Quick understanding of complex processes, IT systems, and technical interrelationships
• Ability to convincingly represent technical solutions to management and stakeholders
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German and good English language skills

Advantageous are:

• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and Camunda
• Knowledge in the area of APIs, especially REST APIs
• Analytical thinking and a good understanding of automation and interface topics
• Experience with workflows, interfaces, and integration scenarios
