Your Impact

As a (Senior) Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, building, and scaling new business areas, sales channels, and strategic partnerships. You will unlock new markets and contribute significantly to the company's sustainable growth. You will work closely with operational teams in daily business and have a direct influence on key OKR projects. Your Mission

  • Identify key growth potentials in the nursing care market and derive concrete go-to-market and expansion strategies for Patronus.
  • Build our partner network with nursing services in Germany from scratch and develop it into a scalable sales channel.
  • Identify, acquire, and develop strategic partnerships in the healthcare sector and adjacent industries.
  • Lead central business development projects, from conception to operational implementation, both internally and with external partners (e.g., startups).
  • Prepare market entry into new geographical regions and take responsibility for their successful launch.
  • Independently structure complex projects, prioritize effectively, and continuously refine processes to enable sustainable scaling.
  • Take responsibility for the implementation of central initiatives and drive topics forward hands-on.
  • Work data-driven, measure the success of your initiatives, and derive concrete optimization measures.
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives in close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Leadership up to C-level.

Your Talent

  • Completed university degree in Business Administration or a comparable field.
  • 3+ years of experience in high-performance environments such as consulting, investment banking, VC startups, or scale-ups.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing business development initiatives, particularly in building partnerships or new sales channels.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and win over diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly structure complex problems, derive clear hypotheses, and pragmatically translate them into measurable results, working iteratively with a clear business focus and a high degree of initiative and hands-on mentality.
  • Data-driven approach, defining relevant KPIs and actively using them to steer and optimize initiatives.
  • Fluent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken.
  • Experience in the healthcare or nursing market is a plus.
