We are looking for dedicated Project Managers in the SAP sector for project assignments in Germany and Austria.

Your Responsibilities

Core Tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the planning, steering, and successful implementation of complex SAP projects and transformation programs.
• Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and coordination of internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsibility for project goals regarding quality, budget, resources, and deadlines.
• Steering SAP implementations, rollouts, migrations, and S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Creation and monitoring of project plans, milestones, and risk management measures.
• Advising management and specialist departments on strategic and organizational issues within the SAP environment.
• Ensuring efficient communication between specialist departments, IT, service providers, and management.
• Identification and implementation of optimization and digitalization potentials along business processes.
• Steering change management and organizational development measures within SAP projects.
• Responsibility for escalation management and sustainable solution finding for complex challenges.
• Support in the selection, management, and evaluation of external service providers and implementation partners.
• Ensuring compliance with governance, compliance, and quality standards.
• Conducting project reviews, management reporting, and status presentations at management and executive levels.
• Promoting agile and classic project management methodologies for continuous improvement of project organization.
• Active participation in shaping the company's SAP and digitalization strategy.

Your Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements

Technical Qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in managing complex SAP projects, ideally in an international environment.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and relevant SAP modules and business processes.
• Experience in planning and implementing SAP transformations, rollouts, migrations, or digitalization projects.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of agile project management methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Agile Frameworks) is desirable.
• Experience in stakeholder, change, and risk management.
