Your Role: Junior Recruiter (Werkstudent)

Wir suchen einen Junior Recruiter (m/w/d) als Werkstudent, der Bewerber aus unseren Kampagnen telefonisch betreut, Erstgespräche führt und passende Kandidaten für unsere Kunden vorqualifiziert.
Dabei geht es nicht um langweilige HR-Verwaltung.
Sondern um Kommunikation, Schnelligkeit und moderne Recruitingprozesse.
Your Tasks (Aufgaben):
- Conduct initial phone interviews with applicants from our campaigns.
- Pre-qualify suitable candidates.
- Document conversations in the system.
- Schedule further interviews.
- Close collaboration with our recruiting team.
- Professional support of applicants.
Your Qualifications (Qualifikation):
- You are communicative and open.
- You enjoy making phone calls.
- You work in an organized and reliable manner.
- You learn quickly and are proactive.
- Initial experience in customer contact, sales, recruiting, or service is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Very good German language skills.
