Your Role

Wir suchen eine engagierte Marketing Managerin oder einen Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in Teilzeit zur Unterstützung während einer Elternzeitvertretung.

In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit der Geschäftsführung und der Marketing Lead zusammen. Du setzt Projekte nach gemeinsamer Abstimmung um, bringst eigene Ideen ein und trägst dazu bei, die Marke Berliner Brandstifter weiter zu stärken.

Ideal ist die Position für jemanden, der strukturiert arbeitet, ein Gespür für Markenkommunikation hat und Freude daran, Projekte ganzheitlich zu begleiten – von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung.

Your Responsibilities (Aufgaben):

  • B2B & B2C Marketing: Independent annual planning, implementation, and analysis of campaigns online and offline. Includes key account marketing, reporting, and KPI tracking.
  • Campaign Management: Planning and execution of integrated campaigns to increase brand awareness, product, and sales – with a clear budget focus and responsibility for results.
  • Digital & Social Media: Strategy, content, ads, and community management for Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. – independently managed and developed.
  • PR & Cooperations: Development and implementation of PR strategies, building and maintaining media, influencer, and brand partnerships.
  • Product Development: Co-design and marketing of new products from idea to launch – with responsibility for go-to-market.
  • Live Events: Independent planning and execution of trade activities such as trade fairs and POS measures.

Your Qualifications (Qualifikation):

  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in a consumer brand, lifestyle brand, or agency – with demonstrable experience in marketing, campaign management, and digital marketing.
  • AI-First Mindset: Actively utilize AI tools for workflow automation and effective work – understanding how to think about agents and processes, not just operate them.
  • Project Management: Independently manage projects from idea to implementation – structured, prioritized, and reliable.
  • Digital & Social: Profound experience in social media marketing and digital content.
  • Lifestyle & Design Affinity: A keen sense for brands, aesthetics, and current trends – and the ability to translate them into concrete actions.
  • Strong German Writing Skills: Write precisely, clearly, and persuasively. Whether it's a strategy deck, slogan, or press release.
  • Independent: Work with a 360° view and take full responsibility for your projects. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
