Your Tasks

• Social Media Campaigns: Set up campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Campaign Monitoring: Keep an eye on performance metrics and learn to interpret data correctly and derive optimizations.
• Performance Marketing: Support the planning and implementation of Google Ads and other performance measures.
• Operational Implementation: Participate in email campaigns, content publishing, and other digital touchpoints.
• Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate campaigns together with the team and derive concrete improvements.

What You Bring

• Ongoing Studies: You are studying Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• First practical experience: You have already run performance marketing campaigns (e.g., Social Media, SEA) – whether in internships, part-time jobs, studies, or private projects.
• Drive: You don't just want to be there, you really want to get involved, learn, and take responsibility.
• Hands-On Mentality: You work pragmatically, try things out, and implement quickly.
• Willingness to learn: You are motivated to develop intensively in a short time and conquer new areas.
• Team player: You actively seek feedback, enjoy working in a team, and contribute your ideas.
• Availability: You can work at least 15-20 hours per week and are eager to get started with us.
