CoCrafter (YC W24) is a rapidly growing startup in Munich with the mission to fundamentally revolutionize the construction industry. While the construction sector is a cornerstone of the economy, it has largely been overlooked by digitalization, leading to inefficient processes and untapped potential. CoCrafter is building the operating system (OS) for Subcontractor Management, already serving numerous mid-sized construction and trade businesses across Germany. Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for dedicated product streams.
• Customer Discovery: Engage directly with customers, in collaboration with Customer Success, to understand needs and guide product development. Lead customer implementations for new features.
• Project Management: Effectively manage complex features and projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Ideally, practical experience in Product Management.
• Good technical understanding (software engineering experience is not required).
• Advantageous: Knowledge or experience in the trade and/or construction industry.
• Proactive work style and the ability to take initiative independently.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent German at native speaker level (or equivalent).
