Job Description
Your Future Team
As part of the digital activities within Carole's teams, we are looking for an IT PMO to support one of our strategic clients in the nuclear sector on high-stakes SI projects with organizational, operational, and regulatory implications.
Your Missions
In a complex and sensitive technical environment, you will play a key role in reinforcing and validating Design Control processes, particularly in the preparation, organization, and follow-up of Design Reviews. The mission aims to ensure a smooth, structured, and ITER-compliant execution of Design Reviews, while improving the efficiency of associated tools and reporting.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing operational and methodological support for Design Reviews.
- Ensuring the quality, reliability, and traceability of data related to Design Control.
- Improving process performance management through KPIs.
- Contributing to the structuring and evolution of Design Control procedures and tools.
- Managing and cleaning the database used for Design Control.
- Maintaining Design Control tools (E-chit App, Action Database, etc.) and proposing improvements, from requirements expression to testing and validation via Jira with IT.
- Accompanying project teams in adopting ITER processes and tools.

Qualifications
- Bac+5 (Master's degree or equivalent) in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Confirmed experience in complex or international project environments.
- Good command of project processes.
- General knowledge of industrial mechanical systems and their technical environment.
- Ability to structure, organize, and follow up on activities and deliverables.
- Experience in reporting, indicator tracking, and data analysis.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Rigor, autonomy, and strong communication skills.
