The Opportunity
We are looking for a Head of Business Development to own and execute our sales engine, from strategy development to pipeline management and deal closure. This is a pivotal leadership position, offering the chance to shape our go-to-market strategy, drive business growth, and deliver exemplary software solutions for the world's most forward-thinking companies.
What You’ll Own:
- Define and execute the growth strategy across new business, existing accounts, and partnerships, with full ownership of the Business Development function.
- Drive new business revenue generation and consistently meet assigned annual sales quotas.
- Carry a personal quota while leading, coaching, and holding accountable a cross-functional team (sales, pre-sales, marketing).
- Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients.
- Manage forecasting, KPI reporting, and Business Development budget planning for executive and board visibility.
- Shape Intellectsoft’s positioning and messaging in target markets (North America, UK, Europe).
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships, referral channels, and ecosystem relationships.
- Prepare sales forecasts and KPIs for organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning.
- Lead the pre-sales process in collaboration with engineering and delivery leads, ensuring proposals are grounded in client needs and realistic delivery capabilities.

Who You Are:
- 5+ years leading enterprise IT services sales, with a consistent track record as a top performer (ideally at CBDO, Sales Director, or Head of Sales level).
- Proven ability to close high-value, complex deals and build go-to-market strategies from the ground up in a competitive outsourcing market.
- Deep knowledge of the IT outsourcing/nearshore industry, including service lines, sales cycles, competitive dynamics, and buyer evaluation processes.
- Domain expertise in one or more of our verticals: FinTech, Healthcare, Manufacturing, E-commerce, or Hospitality.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, pre-sales) and strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage, coach, and develop team members.
- A proactive, "go-getter" attitude with a strong business mindset and a "roll-up-the-sleeves" approach.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Comfortable with international travel for strategic meetings and client visits (reasonable frequency).
