Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven and analytical Software Engineer to work on our native iOS mobile application. You’ll use your sound understanding of programming tools and languages to analyze current code, formulate more efficient processes, solve problems, and create a fantastic experience for users.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and build applications for the iOS platform.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of industry experience (ideally working in a start-up or scale-up).
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with Swift Package Manager and Cocoa Touch.
• Proficiency with UIKit/SwiftUI in building user interfaces.
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
• Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards.
• Understanding of Apple’s design principles and human interface guidelines.
• Experience with performance and memory management tools such as Instruments.
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.
• Familiar with CI/CD.
