About the Role

Drive the strategy and execution of our global procurement technology ecosystem, centered around Zip HQ and Oracle Fusion Cloud. This role requires a Procurement technologist with a comprehensive understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle, bridging user-centric intake with rigorous financial controls. You will translate complex business requirements into seamless, automated workflows that maintain data integrity across both platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Process Architecture: Design and optimize the global S2P process, ensuring a frictionless hand-off between upstream sourcing/intake (Zip) and downstream purchasing/payables (Oracle Fusion).
• Dual-Platform Configuration: Act as the functional lead for both Zip and Oracle Fusion Procurement, configuring intake workflows in Zip and matching Requisitioning, Purchasing, and Supplier Portals in Oracle.
• Integration Ecosystem Management: Own the functional health of the Zip-to-Oracle integration, monitoring data flow for Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Supplier Master Data, and Compliance screening.
• Strategic Business Partnership: Lead discovery sessions with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting to translate business policies into precise logic within the tech stack.
• Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure the "System of Record" (Oracle) remains audit-ready by managing the mapping of Category Codes, Cost Centers, and Tax attributes between Zip and Oracle.
• Release Management: Manage quarterly update cycles for Zip and Oracle, conducting impact assessments on new features.
• AI Procurement Agent Strategy & Governance: Lead the adoption and functional governance of Oracle's embedded and custom AI agents, ensuring AI-driven automation is compliant, auditable, and drives process efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement (Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Model) and 1+ years of experience with Zip (Zip HQ).
• Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle, including PR/PO lifecycle, 3-way matching, Encumbrance Accounting, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Proven experience managing API-based integrations between Intake-to-Procure tools and Tier-1 ERPs.
• Ability to map complex, cross-functional business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Strong systems thinking, understanding how workflows in one system impact others.
• Experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in a live production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an organization transitioning to an Oracle Cloud Ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Global Trade Management.
• Experience with third-party supporting software (e.g., Ironclad, Navan).
• Exposure to the Data Center Infrastructure industry.
• Relevant professional product/functional certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud certifications).
• Working knowledge of AI Agent Studio for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
