About the Role

  • Act as the voice of the customer, aggregating concerns into actionable product insights.
  • Translate customer reports into actionable insights, identifying patterns and escalating critical problems with proper context.
  • Create written content, including documentation and runbooks, to make infrastructure approachable for users.
  • Understand the technical landscape our users navigate and the value Railway provides.

About You

  • Native proficiency in English with effective communication and writing skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset, understanding the stress of deployment failures and providing both technical and empathetic support.
  • Solid understanding of containers, deployment pipelines, databases, and cloud services, with experience in debugging and guiding users.
  • Strong pattern recognition abilities to identify root causes of issues.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations, managing multiple customer needs simultaneously.
  • Experience in Technical Support, Developer Advocacy, or closely related Engineering roles is highly valued.
  • A hunger for knowledge and a willingness to learn in areas of development.
