Praktikum Business & Konzeption in einer App-Firma (m/w/d)

Overview

• Mandatory Internship during studies (3 months, flexible start)
• 32 hours/week, Mon–Thu — same as everyone on the team
• First 2 weeks fully on-site in Solingen, then 2 days office / 2 days remote
• Expense allowance: €600 / month
• Directly reporting to Management

About Us:

We are Rocket Apes: nine app specialists and app friends who share a passion for all things shiny apps. From the initial idea to the final polish, we focus on the conception, design, programming, and quality assurance of native apps that people genuinely want to use.

Our team is small but mighty, and we place great importance on respectful interaction, transparency, creativity, sustainability, and, of course, a touch of fun at work.

This internship reports directly to management. Proposals, concepts, strategy, customer communication — you'll be in the thick of it from the start.

Responsibilities

As an Intern (m/f/d) in Management, you will be a conceptual thinker, implementer, and co-creator. You will help advance ideas, structure topics, and create results that are truly utilized.

• Support in preparing proposals and customer presentations, from initial research to the final document
• Analysis of apps, markets, and competitors, with results that we use internally and with customers
• Accompanying conception processes: structuring requirements, describing user stories, comparing features
• Support in Business Development: target group research, funding opportunities, cooperation potentials
• Occasional support in creating external content: a LinkedIn post, website copy, a project description — not the main focus, but part of the work
• Documentation of processes and projects, structured so that others can work with it
• Tasks directly from the day-to-day business of management

Qualifications

You are studying Business Administration, Economics, Media or Communications Science — or something completely different, but still want to do an internship with us. Your field of study is less important to us than what you bring:

• You think in a structured manner and can write clearly in German
• You are interested in digital products and think about the people behind them as well as the technology.
• You work independently but ask questions when something is unclear
• You want to help shape, not just watch
• You are not afraid of digital tools

Programming skills are not required.
