Responsibilities
- Strategically advise and guide clients, making them successful in SEO, AI, and Organic Search
- Develop data-driven strategies and identify potential in content, technology, and search intent
- Formulate hypotheses, test them, and optimize based on data rather than relying on gut feelings
- Independently manage projects, set priorities, and proactively drive topics forward
- Moderate workshops and meetings, engage clients, and structure topics effectively
- Utilize AI & Automations to make processes smarter and increase efficiency
- Actively shape Hurra Communications through marketing, internal processes, and new ways of working
Qualifications
Your Profile:
SEO Deeply Ingrained
- Solid SEO experience with a clear technical focus
- On-page, on-site, and off-page – you think holistically, not in silos
- You work confidently with tools like Google Search Console, Sistrix, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog & Co. and derive concrete recommendations from them
- You recognize not just errors in a crawl, but connections, causes, and potentials
- Technical topics like rendering, performance, crawlability, or web architectures don't intimidate you
AI in Mind
- You are curious about AI, LLMs, and their impact on SEO and Organic Search
- You recognize potential for AI-powered solutions, develop creative approaches, and think about processes more efficiently
- You not only have ideas for automations and workflows but also a feel for how to implement them meaningfully
- You actively bring new AI approaches, tests, and ideas into client projects
Data-Driven Mindset
- You love data and know how to derive real insights from it
- You work in a structured, analytical, and precise manner
- You want to improve processes, not just manage them
Consulting Skills
- You confidently guide clients through strategies and decisions
- You moderate workshops and explain complex topics clearly
