What You'll Do
As an IAM Analyst, you will be instrumental in implementing, managing, and monitoring security measures across software, services, and IAM technology. Leveraging advanced cybersecurity knowledge, you will safeguard organizational assets and integrate security into development and operational processes alongside senior stakeholders. You will drive the evolution of security processes, enhance data protection, and ensure the implementation of best practices across the organization's technology platforms and services.
- Lead the daily operations of the Identity Platform team (six engineers), ensuring clarity, prioritization, and smooth delivery.
- Coordinate with IAM Operations teams for efficient handover from engineering to implementation.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and PI planning.
- Track sprint and PI outcomes, create and assign Jira tasks, and monitor team workload and capacity.
- Co-create the technical roadmap with the IAM lead for long-term improvements in authentication, directory architecture, and governance.
- Contribute to key programs, such as the cloud home authentication migration to Microsoft Entra ID and the decommissioning of ADFS.
- Support directory modernization efforts.
- Drive directory hygiene and governance improvements, including removing unused objects and identifying architectural gaps.
- Coordinate audit and compliance work, providing documentation for PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and financial audits.
- Represent the team in cross-functional discussions, translating business needs into technical requirements.
Who You'll Work With
You will be part of the Cyber Security Architecture & Engineering team, specifically within Enterprise IAM, which comprises approximately 65 individuals across three teams. This role leads the Directory Engineering sub-team of six engineers and collaborates closely with the Operations team (14β15 people). The team manages core directory infrastructure and supports organizational transformation, serving as a single point of contact for all IAM-related matters within H&M.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Knowledge of Entra ID Connect or Entra ID Connect Sync.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex IAM ecosystems.
- Experience with agile methodologies, including backlog management and sprint delivery.
- Effective communication skills, capable of translating between business and technical teams.
- Experience collaborating with or managing external service providers.
- Positive, collaborative, and energizing attitude.
- Curious, forward-looking, and open to innovative technologies and new ways of working.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a mid-to-fast-paced environment.
- Structured and organized with the ability to bring clarity.
- Confident in leading without formal authority and acting as a connector between teams.
