Senior Program Manager - Sales Operations

Your Tasks:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute trade fairs, congresses, and internal/external events.
• Create graphic designs for marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
• Develop and send out newsletters.
• Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations.
• Design and further develop corporate designs for existing and new business areas.
• Maintain, update, and develop company websites.
• Support the Marketing Manager in daily operations.
• Plan, create, and post social media content.

Your Qualifications:

• Completed apprenticeship or degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Event Management, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial experience in event management, marketing, or as an assistant is advantageous.
• Experience in the social media area.
• Organizational skills and a structured, independent way of working.
• Creativity and a good sense for design and communication.
• Proficient knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Confident use of MS Office.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), especially WordPress, is a plus.
• Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills.
