✨ AI Insights & Summary

This role is for an IT System Administrator position within a growing company, focusing on both daily operations and future-focused digitalization projects. The company emphasizes a collaborative and supportive team environment alongside technical expertise. Ideal for an IT professional skilled in Microsoft environments, cloud computing, and automation who is eager to contribute to a forward-thinking IT landscape.

About the Role

Full-time, 39 hours per week, starting immediately. We are looking for a dedicated and solution-oriented IT System Administrator to join our IT team. You will be responsible for our IT infrastructure, support our users, and contribute your own ideas to the further development of our IT landscape. We value both independence and good teamwork – a respectful, social interaction within the team is just as important to us as technical competence.

Your Responsibilities:

Your core focus will be ensuring smooth IT operations. You will be the competent point of contact for our employees and actively shape the technical development. Specifically, your tasks include:

  • First and Second Level Support: Receive, analyze, and resolve disruptions and requests; serve as the primary contact for users regarding technical questions.
  • Project Collaboration and Solution Development: Actively participate in internal IT projects, independently develop creative solution ideas, and initially implement them as a Proof of Concept (PoC). Productive implementation will follow in close coordination with IT management.
  • Automation with Microsoft Power Platform: Develop automation approaches using the Microsoft Power Platform, test them in a PoC, and contribute to productive implementation after consultation with IT management to digitize and make manual processes more efficient.
  • Cloud Computing: Manage and optimize our environments around Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • Software Distribution and OS Deployment: Oversee software distribution and operating system deployment with Aagon ACMP and Microsoft Intune – specifically preparing and maintaining system images.
  • Update and Asset Management: Handle update and patch management as well as the administration of our IT assets.
  • System Monitoring: Continuously monitor our systems to ensure their availability and security at all times.

Your responsibilities will be rounded off by maintaining and updating technical documentation and articles for the internal Knowledge Base.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, a comparable degree, or equivalent qualification.
  • Ideally, you already have experience in IT support and administration of Microsoft environments.
  • We particularly value if you bring the following competencies:
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with software deployment solutions, ideally Aagon ACMP and Microsoft Intune, as well as imaging tools.
  • Initial practical experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Basic knowledge in scripting, e.g., PowerShell.
  • An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong service orientation and enjoyment in the continuous improvement of processes and systems.
  • Teamwork skills, strong communication, and a respectful, social interaction with colleagues.
  • Very good German language skills.

Independence is important to us – as is the willingness to actively contribute to the team, share knowledge, and develop solutions together.

We Offer:

  • Participation in a high-performing, appreciative team.
  • Company pension plan.
  • Special payments.
  • Measures for occupational health promotion.
  • Individual training and development planning.
  • Opportunity for bike leasing.
