TenMedia has been developing custom software for over 14 years and is located in the heart of Berlin. They are looking for a Tech Content Manager to share their expertise with the world.
### Your Role
As a Tech Content Manager, you will be responsible for TenMedia's editorial content across blogs, manuals, and podcasts. You'll research, write, and produce content, ensuring its visibility in Google and AI searches, and help develop new content formats.
### Your Responsibilities
* **Blog & Editorial Content:** Research, plan, and write blog posts on current industry topics with a distinct voice.
* **SEO & GEO:** Ensure content is easily discoverable on Google and in AI searches (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) through keyword research, on-page optimization, and ranking monitoring.
* **Technical Manuals:** Clearly explain complex applications for both human readers and AI models, creating foundational content for training.
* **Podcast:** Produce podcast content, including topic research, scriptwriting, and show notes.
* **New Formats:** Develop and implement innovative content formats.
### Your Profile
* Minimum of two years of professional experience in a similar role.
* Excellent writing skills and C2 level German proficiency (written and spoken).
* Proven experience in writing SEO-optimized content and strong knowledge of technical SEO (site structure, meta-data, crawling, structured data).
* Strong technical understanding and ability to delve deep into software topics conceptually.
* Proficient use of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
* Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively in a team.
* *Plus:* Experience in audio or video content production.
