Marketing Operations Support Specialist (Hybrid)

Serving over 4,100 school districts nationwide, the company is publicly traded and committed to helping educators secure their future. ### Role Overview The Marketing Operations Support Specialist will work with home office and field leadership to support distribution efforts, playing a critical role in executing corporate strategy. This position is based in Springfield, IL, with an initial on-site training period followed by a hybrid work schedule. ### Responsibilities * Process requests from field leadership and home office staff to assign/change service agents for policy lines (auto, homeowners, life, annuity, group). * Process requests from field leadership to change the writing agent on life coverage or annuity contributions. * Determine applicable commission rate codes for service agent changes (auto, property) following documented policies. * Manage the assignment and distribution of Inside Sales and designated policy inventories. * Coordinate policy assignment and agent transition requests with field leadership and home office partners. * Request and distribute policy-in-force lists to field leadership, agents, and home office management. * Conduct regular audits and reconciliations for accurate and timely policy assignment processing. * Perform research and create reports on policy assignment activity and operational processes upon request. * Submit security role assignment/deletion requests for licensed producers and non-licensed support staff using corporate tools. * Support data integrity through audits, reporting, and operational requests. * Provide general clerical support to the Onboarding & Territory Coordinator and Field Background Check Administrator. ### Requirements * Professional written and oral communication skills. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to follow documented processes and exercise sound judgment. * Ability to handle changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively. * Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both field and home office personnel. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. * Two-year college degree or equivalent relevant work experience required. * Insurance industry knowledge preferred. ### Compensation * Hourly rate: $24.18–$33.05, commensurate with location, experience, and qualifications. * Eligible for the company’s annual incentive bonus program, based on company performance. * Reports to the Manager of Agency Onboarding.
