Main Responsibilities

Update and create IT infrastructure documentation.
Update inventory control spreadsheets for company equipment and peripherals.
Handle 2nd and 3rd level support demands (on-site and remote via access tools).
Support the internal development team with demands and improvements.
Extract indicators and reports for the Support department.
Resolve issues related to computer equipment and peripherals, supporting the 1st level team.
Monitor Linux and Windows operating systems using monitoring tools.
Contact IT service providers to open tickets for service downtime or instability.
Analyze reports.

Requirements and Qualifications

Currently pursuing Higher Education in IT (from the 4th semester onwards).
Advanced knowledge of desktop and notebook hardware.
Intermediate knowledge of installation and configuration (AD, DHCP, DNS, Linux (Debian/Ubuntu) and Windows Server (2008, 2012, and 2019)).
Intermediate knowledge of network configuration (routers, switches, and monitoring via Zabbix).
Intermediate knowledge of remote access tools (Any Desk, Remote Desktop, and Ultra VNC).
Intermediate knowledge of Azure and Office 365 administration panels.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 18:00.

Salary

R$ 2,300.00 monthly.

Additional Information

Salary: R$ 2,300.00 monthly.
The company provides a lunch area with a microwave.
The company does not deduct proportional amounts for Transportation Vouchers (VT) and Meal Vouchers (VR).
The company covers all necessary travel expenses for commuting to the company.
