Your Responsibilities
- Qualify, follow up, educate, and develop a substantial volume of inbound and outbound leads to advance prospects through Cribl’s sales process.
- Respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads efficiently, adhering to set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for sales executives based on Cribl’s qualification criteria.
- Research target accounts, identify key personas, add contacts, and generate interest through cold discovery calls and email campaigns.
- Apply learned sales techniques to effectively introduce Cribl and its solutions.
- Utilize strong selling and influencing skills to uncover customer needs and business challenges, pitching how Cribl can provide solutions.
- Log, track, and maintain Salesforce data consistently, following Cribl’s lead-to-opportunity process.
- Accurately distribute qualified leads and meetings to assigned sales executives.
- Consistently achieve meeting quotas to meet territory revenue and growth objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Directors and attend customer meetings as required.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and relevant industry trade shows.
- Work directly with the marketing team to drive continuous improvements in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation.
- Cover the UK territory and be available to travel to the London office as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1-3 years of previous prospecting experience.
- Familiarity with sales systems such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business and technical acumen.
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Capacity to understand customer needs and match them with successful product solutions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Prior lead generation or sales prospecting experience and a college degree will enhance your candidacy.
