Your Role
As Vice President of Growth, you are responsible for holistic company growth – from shaping the product and service portfolio and building scalable go-to-market strategies to aligning all growth-relevant teams. Your primary objective is to "Transform Coduct into a clearly positioned, scalable offering and ensure this offering can be sold and grow reproducibly."
Your Responsibilities
- Growth & Revenue Management:
- Responsibility for overall company growth: Revenue, Pipeline, New Business, and Expansion.
- Develop and implement scalable Go-to-Market strategies.
- Further develop and optimize sales models (CSP, BOT, Project Business).
- Ensure high conversion rates across the entire customer journey.
- Product Portfolio (Core Focus):
- Define and continuously evolve the service and product portfolio.
- Structure offerings into scalable, repeatable packages, services, and products.
- Responsibility for: Positioning (Problem → Solution → Benefit), Pricing logic, Differentiation from competitors.
- Identify new business areas: new services (e.g., AI Audits, EOR Services, Platform Solutions), new markets (e.g., PE Investors in IT).
- Ensure feasibility through close coordination with Delivery and Technology teams.
- Communication & Go-to-Market (Outreach):
- Define clear communication of the portfolio (Website/Landing Pages, Sales Decks, Offer Structure).
- Build a consistent story: "What we do?", "For whom?", "Why us?"
- Steer all outreach activities: Direct Sales, Partnerships, Marketing/Content.
- Develop scalable outreach mechanics: clearly defined target segments, standardized approach, simple, repeatable sales processes.
- Cross-functional Steering:
- Connect and align Sales/Business Development, Marketing, Product/Offering, and Delivery teams.
- Define common KPIs and OKRs.
- Resolve objective conflicts.
- Build a scalable Growth Operating Model.
- Data & Performance:
- Establish a clear KPI framework: Pipeline, Conversion Rates, Deal Size/ACV, CLV/Retention.
- Make data-driven decisions.
- Continuously optimize funnels and offerings.
Your Influence (KPIs)
Success will be primarily measured by:
- Revenue growth (new + existing).
- Quality and size of the pipeline.
- Conversion along the customer journey.
- Scalability of the portfolio (proportion of standardized offerings).
- Time-to-sale / Sales efficiency.
- Number of functional Go-to-Market mechanics.
- Contribution of new offerings to total revenue.
Your Profile
Experience:
- B2B Sales, Growth, or Go-to-Market experience in IT Consulting / Software Development.
- Building scalable service offerings and portfolios.
- Translating strategies into concrete market offerings.
Skills & Attributes:
- Proficiently use AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis, concepts, and operational work.
- Strong understanding of Software, IT, and Consulting business models.
- Experience in productizing services.
- Excellent skills in structuring complex topics, clear communication, and consistent implementation.
- Highly proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills in dynamic environments.
- Take ownership and think entrepreneurially and from the customer's perspective.
- Language: Native-level German and fluent English.
Framework Conditions
- Hybrid working model (2 days office & 3 days remote work).
- Occasional business travel within the DACH region (as agreed with clients).
- Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week.
