To accelerate our next growth phase, we are looking for a Vice President of Growth (m/f/d) to translate our capabilities into a clear, scalable market offering and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Your Role

You will be responsible for holistic company growth – from shaping the product and service portfolio, building scalable go-to-market strategies, to aligning all growth-relevant teams. Your objective: "You will position Coduct as a clearly defined, scalable offering and ensure this offering can be sold and grown reproducibly."

Your Responsibilities

1. Growth & Revenue Management

  • Overall responsibility for company growth: Revenue, pipeline, new customer acquisition, and expansion.
  • Development and implementation of scalable Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Further development and optimization of sales models (CSP, BOT, project business).
  • Ensuring high conversion rates across the entire customer journey.

2. Product Portfolio (Core Focus)

  • Definition and continuous development of the service and product portfolio.
  • Structuring offerings into scalable, repeatable packages, services, and products.
  • Responsibility for:
  • Positioning (Problem → Solution → Benefit)
  • Pricing logic
  • Differentiation from competitors
  • Identification of new business areas:
  • New services (e.g., AI audits, EOR services, platform solutions)
  • New markets (e.g., PE investors in IT)
  • Close coordination with Delivery and Technology to ensure feasibility.

3. Communication & Go-to-Market (Outreach)

  • Definition of clear portfolio communication:
  • Website / Landing pages
  • Sales decks
  • Offer structure
  • Building a consistent narrative:
  • "What do we do?"
  • "For whom?"
  • "Why us?"
  • Management of all outreach activities:
  • Direct sales / Sales
  • Partnerships
  • Marketing / Content
  • Development of scalable outreach mechanics:
  • Clearly defined target segments
  • Standardized approach
  • Simple, repeatable sales processes

4. Cross-functional Management

  • Connecting and aligning:
  • Sales / Business Development
  • Marketing
  • Product / Offering
  • Delivery
  • Definition of common KPIs and OKRs.
  • Resolution of goal conflicts.
  • Building a scalable Growth Operating Model.

5. Data & Performance

  • Establishing a clear KPI framework:
  • Pipeline
  • Conversion Rates
  • Deal Size / ACV
  • CLV / Retention
  • Data-driven decision-making.
  • Continuous optimization of funnels and offerings.

Your Impact (KPIs)

Success will be primarily measured by:

  • Revenue growth (new + existing).
  • Quality and size of the pipeline.
  • Conversion along the customer journey.
  • Scalability of the portfolio (proportion of standardized offerings).
  • Time-to-sale / Sales efficiency.
  • Number of functional Go-to-Market mechanics.
  • Contribution of new offerings to total revenue.

Qualifications

Experience

  • B2B sales, Growth, or Go-to-Market experience in IT consulting / software development.
  • Building scalable service offerings and portfolios.
  • Translating strategies into concrete market offerings.

Skills & Attributes

  • You confidently and effectively utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis, concepts, and operational work.
  • Strong understanding of software, IT, and consulting business models.
  • Experience in productizing services.
  • Excellent at:
  • Structuring complex topics.

Framework Conditions

  • We offer a hybrid work model (2 days office & 3 days remote work).
  • Occasional business travel within the DACH region (as agreed with clients).

  • Start date: By individual agreement.
