Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Customer Support Specialist with German language proficiency to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support across multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat. Fluency in both German and Polish is essential for delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
