Marketing Associate

About the Role

Spotawheel, a tech-driven used car platform recognized for its rapid growth, is seeking a Marketing Associate to help plan and implement marketing and advertising activities. You will be involved in the full marketing mix, from campaign development and content creation to social media management and competitor analysis, contributing to the company's business goals and mission to disrupt the European market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly.
• Develop and implement 360 marketing campaigns (digital, radio, TV).
• Create online and offline marketing content.
• Monitor competitors’ marketing activities.
• Manage and leverage our social media channels effectively.
• Manage and execute our email marketing strategy.
• Empower the sales team with marketing materials and campaigns that help drive sales.
• Support premises branding initiatives and new product launches.
• Source and brief external providers & agencies on marketing projects; collaborate on digital and non-digital campaigns and assets.
• Oversee intense video content production; evaluate scripts and align with brand strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors/e-marketplaces.
• Act as the liaison between agencies and influencers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience within a similar marketing and/or content development position.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English.
• Experience with Email Marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp), WordPress, and Google Analytics will be considered a plus.
• Familiarity with digital, social media platforms & AI tools.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) or video editing tools (CapCut) will be considered a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and passion for branding.
