About the Role

Ocumeda is looking for an experienced Marketing All-rounder to ensure their marketing operations run smoothly and have a visible impact. You will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, content, events, PR, and agency relationships within a fast-growing B2B2C MedTech environment. Reporting initially to the Head of Growth, this role offers significant opportunities for contribution and development.

Responsibilities

  • Implement marketing strategy into concrete campaigns and measures to strengthen brand presence and market position.
  • B2B Marketing: Acquire new optician partners and fill the lead pipeline through campaigns and content marketing.
  • B2B2C Marketing: Enable optician partners with relevant marketing materials for customer acquisition and run patient awareness campaigns.
  • Conceive and implement target-group-specific professional communication for doctors and other medical professionals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop suitable marketing channels for different target groups and markets.
  • Manage and optimize cross-channel media distribution with a focus on reach, performance, and efficiency.
  • Prepare market, competitor, and target group data as a basis for data-driven marketing measures.
  • Develop the social media strategy and content management to increase visibility, engagement, and brand perception.
  • Support digital visibility and lead generation through continuous optimization of SEO and SEA measures.
  • Manage external agencies and service providers, ensuring a consistent brand presence across all channels and materials (including rebranding).
  • Plan and operationally implement events, trade fairs, and congresses – nationally and internationally – including managing external partners.
  • Implement PR and communication work, securing placements in relevant trade and public media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Sales, Product, and Customer Success to develop integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B and/or B2B2C environment.
  • Hands-on approach, independently implementing campaigns, content, events, and PR from idea to execution.
  • Experience managing agencies and external service providers, with a good sense for consistent brand presence.
  • Proficiency with social media, content production, and ideally SEO/SEA.
  • Structured, independent work style with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and target-group-appropriately.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Experience in the Healthcare, MedTech, Eyecare, or Vision sector is a plus, but not required.
