
This role exists to build the organic channel from the ground up and turn it into a compounding pipeline asset. You'll own the full roadmap: keyword architecture, AEO content structure, and technical SEO requirements. You'll work directly with our Webmaster (implementation) and Content Manager (executes your briefs). You are the brain; you'll have the builders. This is not a "set it and check in monthly" role. You will wake up every morning looking at organic traffic, keyword movement, and conversion data — and you'll know exactly what it means and what to do next. You'll build and own a clear, documented path from where organic stands today to a state where it delivers consistent, qualified pipeline on a repeatable basis. Every strategy decision, content brief, and technical specification you produce is in service of that outcome. You'll also be our internal expert on Answer Engine Optimization — ensuring AssetWatch earns citations in AI-generated answers on Google AI Overview, ChatGPT, and Perplexity as these become primary research surfaces for reliability engineers and plant managers evaluating condition monitoring software.
