Product Manager

It's an ideal position for experienced product managers who want to impact enterprise clients and grow within a globally distributed, people-first organization. ### The Mission Caylent is looking for a talented Product Manager for its growing Professional Services team. The ideal candidate possesses substantial experience in product management within an application development and engineering services company. Your mission will be to drive product success by designing customer-centric product roadmaps, interfacing with UI/UX teams, and managing the ongoing backlog of work for engineering teams. You will collaborate closely with our customers to ensure they meet their goals, effectively bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. ### Your Assignment * **Support Customer/User Research and Journey Design** * Work closely with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and goals. * Conduct user research and facilitate journey design workshops to map out the customer journey. * Utilize insights gathered to inform product decisions and ensure alignment with customer expectations. * **Design Product Roadmaps** * Create and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with customer business goals and strategic priorities. * Set clear product objectives and metrics, ensuring roadmaps are regularly updated to reflect evolving customer needs and market trends. * **Ongoing Product Management** * Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. * Interface with UX teams to ensure product designs meet user needs and provide a seamless experience. * Collaborate with engineering teams to manage the backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery. * Facilitate effective communication between UX and engineering teams to ensure alignment and address roadblocks promptly. **KPIs:** * Utilization * Influenced Pipeline and growth of Customers * CSAT scores within Product Engagements ### Your Qualifications * 5+ years of product management experience within application development and engineering services. * Experience with product roadmap tools and software, running product experiments, and product launches. * Experience with UX/UI concepts and technologies. * Experience delivering large, complex consulting engagements for enterprise clients. * Expertise in product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies. * Excellent communication skills, especially with executive audiences. * Adaptability in a startup environment and cross-functional teamwork. * Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies. * Willingness to travel for project kick-offs and key client milestones. ### Preferred Qualifications * Certifications in AWS, Agile, or related areas. * Knowledge of Security Best Practices, Cloud Economics, Serverless technologies, container-based architecture, software development frameworks, and cloud cost optimization. * Experience in AWS consulting with Fortune 2000 clients. ### Benefits * Pay in USD * 100% remote work * Medical Insurance for you and eligible dependents * Generous holidays and flexible PTO * Competitive phantom equity * Paid for exams and certifications * Peer bonus awards * State-of-the-art laptop and tools * Equipment & Office Stipend * Individual professional development plan * Annual stipend for Learning and Development * Work with an amazing worldwide team and in an incredible corporate culture *This role may require up to 25% travel, depending on business needs.* *NOTE: We’re unable to provide visa sponsorship now or at any time in the future.* *At Caylent, we are committed to fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
