Nestled along an 8-kilometer stretch of white-sand beach on Paradise Island, The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort, Bahamas, has been a premier destination since 1962. This secluded enclave features intimate low-rise buildings set amidst 14 hectares of Versailles-inspired gardens, offering guests a tranquil escape.

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the cleanliness and pristine condition of all public areas within the resort, upholding Four Seasons' standards of excellence.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Remove trash, vacuum, dust, and clean all offices.
• Sweep, mop, and clean the lobby, front desk, and lobby restrooms, ensuring continuous upkeep throughout the day.
• Ensure consistent availability of supplies for guests.

General Conduct

• Provide courteous and professional service at all times.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Possess and maintain a sound knowledge of the Company's facilities and related services.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, conditions, and regulations as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
