Role Overview:

Fresha is seeking an exceptional Business Development Representative to join our rapidly expanding global business. Based in Tel Aviv, this role combines remote and field-based sales, allowing you to build relationships in the market while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. You will be a key driver of Fresha's expansion in the Southern Europe region, acting as the face of the brand.

Reporting to the General Manager of Southern Europe, you will focus 100% on new business development, identifying, approaching, and converting high-potential opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, enjoys working independently, embraces challenges, and wants to make a genuine, measurable impact.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • KPIs: Consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Outreach: Proactively contact key decision-makers via phone, email, and social media to secure new business, including in-person meetings where appropriate.
  • Selling: Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Partnering: Conduct needs analysis and cost-benefit assessments with partners to align Fresha's solutions with their business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Market Trends: Provide feedback on industry trends.
  • Leads: Respond to 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document all interactions in the CRM.
  • Business Partnering: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners on commercial activities.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • A natural "hunter" and relationship builder.
  • Organized, able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Naturally curious with a desire for continuous growth and development.

Added Bonus:

  • Bi-lingual fluency in English and another language.
  • Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.

Interview Process:

  • Screening Call (30 mins)
  • 1st Stage Interview (30 mins)
  • Final Stage/Task Interview (60 mins)

We aim to finalize the interview process and provide feedback within 2 weeks.

Salary: €35,000 - €60,000 per year
