Position Overview

Meet5, the largest social community for people over 40, is seeking an intern for Campaign Management (m/f/d) to join their Finance & Operations team at their Berlin location on the EUREF Campus. This role is crucial for supporting the HR administration process, acting as a point of contact for HR-related questions, and developing ideas and solutions for employees in close collaboration with the team. The intern will also support recruiting efforts and engage applicants with the company.

About the Role

As an intern in Campaign Management, you will be an integral part of the team, working closely with the B2B team to learn and implement successful campaigns for notable partners. You'll gain firsthand experience in campaign execution, community moderation, and operational tasks within a growing startup.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Support the team in creating and managing campaigns within the Meet5 app, ensuring timely and accurate content implementation.
• Community Management: Moderate event chats and help provide users with a great experience.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Assist in evaluating campaign performance, monitoring key KPIs, and identifying optimization potential.
• Operations: Work on projects to improve internal processes and support the team with daily operational tasks.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Media Studies, or a comparable field.
• Excellent, native-level German language skills, strong feel for language, and excellent text comprehension. B2-level English proficiency.
• Good understanding of social media, digital products, and B2C communication.
• Structured, independent, and reliable teamwork skills.
• Communicative and open personality with a hands-on mentality.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
