About the Role

Join Avaloq's Edinburgh office as a Product Marketing Expert. You will lead global product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market support for the Composable Banking solution. This role involves collaborating with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Strategy teams to develop compelling narratives, create marketing assets, and drive product adoption. You will be instrumental in ensuring strong product-market fit and supporting commercial success across all regions.

Your Key Tasks

• Lead global product positioning and messaging for the Composable Banking solution, ensuring clarity and differentiation.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing on product launch planning, orchestration, and sales enablement activities.
• Support the global go-to-market strategy by defining target audiences, value propositions, and use-case-driven narratives.
• Translate complex technical features into clear, client-focused business benefits.
• Create and manage high-impact marketing assets (pitch decks, brochures, demos, case studies).
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and roadmap.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product marketing or product management within fintech, wealth management, banking technology, or enterprise SaaS.
• Solid awareness of financial services markets and trends, particularly in banking and wealth management.
• Proven ability to craft compelling product narratives and translate technical complexity into business-oriented messaging.
• Demonstrable experience creating high-quality sales and marketing collateral with advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Proficient project management skills for managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience using AI-assisted marketing tools, segmentation, content automation, or analytics.
• Experience developing product videos and demos.
• Adept at working with designers or agencies to create infographics and data visualizations.
