Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales and Account Specialist to focus on our Small Group and Mid-Market client base. This is a remote position serving the South Hampton Roads area, including Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Suffolk, Chesapeake, and Portsmouth, as well as the Peninsula region (Newport News).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and account management for small group and mid-market clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably within the health insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of the small group and mid-market segments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
