SEO Manager

The Role

As an SEO Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring our content gets found by the right audiences. Brandwatch, Cision, and Trajaan are B2B SaaS brands with extensive, content-rich websites spanning multiple languages and markets. This position connects what our audiences are searching for with our published content by planning new content, optimizing existing assets, and collaborating with teams across the business to execute these strategies. It's a content-first SEO role within a team that extensively utilizes AI across its workflow.

You will be part of the Growth Marketing team, reporting to the SEO/GEO Lead. You will work closely with Content, Product Marketing, Web, and Design teams, and coordinate with Field Marketing teams in local markets across all three brands.

Duties and Responsibilities

This role encompasses, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Own the keyword and content opportunity landscape across all three brands.
• Plan content production using AI-assisted tools, from generation and refinement to publication.
• Review and optimize existing content, identifying what to refresh, consolidate, or retire.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to optimize product and solution pages for search engines.
• Partner with Design and the web team on page structure and UX decisions that impact visibility.
• Coordinate with Field Marketing teams to align local content strategies with the overarching plan.
• Manage internal linking strategies across all company websites.
• Track SEO performance and translate data into actionable next steps.
• Contribute to shaping the team's SEO and GEO content strategy, particularly as AI-driven search evolves.
• Build relationships across the organization to facilitate the implementation of SEO recommendations.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Five or more years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on content strategy and on-page optimization.
• Proven experience managing large, content-heavy websites.
• A track record of successful collaboration with content and marketing teams, including shaping editorial plans, creating briefs, and influencing content publication.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Search Console and other analytics platforms.
• Clear and effective communication skills for explaining SEO concepts to non-SEO stakeholders such as writers, designers, product marketers, and leadership.
• Self-motivation and the ability to manage priorities independently.
• Comfort and experience working with AI tools within content workflows.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with SEO platforms such as Ahrefs.
