Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, analyze, and follow up on CRM leads.
  • Manage, analyze, and follow up on Partner Program quarterly results.
  • Coordinate distributor events, including promo creation, participant list checks, feedback collection, and improvements to boost sales and leads.
  • Qualify and track leads for Ajax events and follow up with participants.
  • Develop an incentive program for Key Accounts (KA) aligned with sales growth plans.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell the company's solutions.
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads generated from various sales channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any arising issues.
  • Provide regular performance and progress updates to management.
  • Manage and maintain a database of all sales data, including orders, payments, forecasts, performance, and BDM call cycles.
  • Support the sales team throughout the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and follow-up.
  • Prepare proposals and other sales-related materials.
  • Coordinate sales event demonstrations and presentations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.
